i first discovered Janet Hill's work a few months ago and since then i have been utterly in love with everything she paints. her sense of colour is breathtaking and her brushwork is bold yet incredibly sensitive, take a peek at this detail to see what i'm meaning...
but today, as the rain pours yet again and it feels like autumn is way too close with the new season collections starting to appear in stores, i am doing my very best to cling on to summer for a wee bit longer! that's why i'm particularly enjoying this especially summery collection of paintings, enjoy... :)
