...for my blog in the form of a new header - i'm loving crochet just now, especially granny cushions! i've got a plan brewing in my head for a huge crochet bedspread, a nice light weight one for the summer but i've got far too many christmas projects on the go (i'm hoping the sun will peek out today so i can get some good pics) so i can't even think about starting it - roll on the new year ;)
...also, a bit of real diy, this time for my studio. obviously i don't have a before pic, i already had two coats of paint on before i remembered! just imagine untreated pine that's gone a nasty bright orange colour - ugh!
...just a cheapo unit that i got from argos a few years ago. i had intended to get new units but what with the credit crunch, the mountain of white paint i had stashed in a cupboard and the desire to buy more yarn than i would know what to do with, i thought i'd see how it would do with a lick of paint - not too bad at all me-thinks :)
...so today's plan is to start the other unit, don't even think about a before pic ;) and hopefully get some photographing done so i have some crafty stuff to blog about - it's looking promising the sun is shining just now, fingers crossed...
