New! OOAK upcycled reconstructed jeans shoulder bag

Here is other fun, one of a kind, recycled jeans shoulder bags, made out of gently used pieces that I selected for their style and quality.

I look for unique and cool jeans to create my bags. I pre-wash all items before designing. And then, I carefully cut apart and cobble back together to create an exclusive design. I never use a pattern, each one is totally unique.

Save the world one bag at a time! Using upcycled and recycled materials is a way for us to reduce our impact on the environment and keep Mother Nature beautiful and healthy.

Designer Papercraft - Hoody

From the designer that brought us the Lazy Boy paper toy, here's a new pattern called the "Hoody". Its name is pretty self-explanatory so I'll go straight for the call, what call?, a call for artists. Same as last time, the designer is providing a blank pattern and anybody interested can get a copy of it, then you color or skin it to your liking. This is a good opportunity for illustrators and graphics artist that want to get their name out there. Follow the link below for more details.

Custom Paper Toys - Wild Urp

It's a bit slow today, nothing much going on. I searched around the storage room in my office and I found a box full of papercrafts that I assembled from way back in '06 and '07. I checked them to find out which ones we've shown and it turns out a bunch of them have not been posted. I'll start with this Wild Urp paper toy from cartoonist/designer Matt Hawkins. Wild Urp here is a cartoony depiction of the famous American lawman and iconic Wild West figure Wyatt Earp. There's plenty more free paper toys on Matt's site including two special editions that you have to purchase, the Mechanical Man and Comic Monkey. Follow the links and explore.

Another new designer papercraft is invading our planet, this green little thing here is the pet project of designer box73 over at the Italian web site of the same name, Minimimmo. It's a very simple papercraft to assemble and will probably take you just a few minutes to complete. The site has provided print and video instructions to guide you and photos of people around the world that have assembled it (which they call "sightings"). Thanks to Chris over at Cubeecraft for sending in this tip. Have a look and give it a try.
