organic, hemp, handmade & recycled clothing: Artistically Stitched

Hemp Facts: Did you know?

*Hemp fiber offers greater durability and breath ability than cotton, which accounts for 25 percent of the pesticides sprayed on the world's crops.
*Hemp fibers are longer, stronger, more absorbent and more mildew-resistant than cotton.
*Fabrics made of at least one-half hemp block the sun's UV rays more effectively than other fabrics.

The artist behind this wonderful shop is also a stay at home mom.  She work with hemp fabrics within the last 8 years or so.  In her shop, you will find tops, skirts, pants, dresses, undies and accessories.  All designs are created by her and handmade with great care.

I'm happy to see that I'm not alone to love hemp!!! :)

And I love the quote that she put on her profile:
"To sit back and do nothing is to cooperate with the oppressor."
